A.I.S. Commercial Parts & Service is an industry leader in the commercial food equipment parts & service industry. Our service technicians and customer service representatives use their technical and customer service skills to troubleshoot, repair, and provide preventive maintenance and OEM replacement parts to restaurants, chain accounts, and large facilities, such as hotels, hospitals, cafeterias and schools.

A.I.S. is currently looking for individuals with experience in the following areas:

    •    Commercial or residential cooking equipment, HVAC or refrigeration repair.
    •    Facilities Maintenance
    •    Training available for individuals with a strong electrical and mechanical background

Current Positions Available:

Job Title:   Senior Service Technician

    •    4+ years field experience.

Requirements:

    •    Expert understanding of gas, electricity, refrigeration and steam.
    •    Expert understanding of commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment.
    •    Excellent Customer Service skills.
    •    Must be a team player.
    •    Ability to diagnose and fix highly technical problems.
    •    Ability to train and lead apprentice technicians.

Job Title:   Service Technician

    •    2 to 4 years field experience

Requirements:

    •    Strong understanding of gas, electricity, refrigeration and steam.
    •    Strong understanding of commercial cooking equipment.
    •    Excellent Customer Service skills.
    •    Must be a team player.
    •    Ability to diagnose and fix common problems.

Job Title:   Apprentice Service Technician

    •    0 to 2 years field experience

Requirements:

    •    Strong electrical and mechanical and aptitude.
    •    Excellent Customer Service skills.
    •    Must be a team player.

Responsibilities include:

    •    Performing basic repair and maintenance on gas, electric, refrigeration and steam foodservice equipment.
