Assist Billing Administrator with Invoicing, Review, Scanning, Receptionist Duties, and other clerical duties as assigned.

Must be fast paced and proficient with word processing systems, spreadsheets, 10-key calculator, and computerized accounting applications

The duties and responsibilities of this position require not only a knack for numbers, but also attention to detail and well-developed organizational skills. Also, to collect on accounts by sending bill reminders and communicating with customers via phone, email, fax or mail. Looking for fast learner, excellent computer skills and someone that can keep up with fast pace accounting environment.
