With 36 years in the industry, Wayne has been overseeing AIS’ operations since 1999. His goals are to satisfy the customers’ needs, continuing to make AIS a great place to work, and keeping up with training and trends in technology.
Matt started his career with AIS in 1999 and worked his way through various departments. In addition to daily operations, he spends a lot of his time assisting in continued development of software systems and finding ways to make technology work in the business. Throughout his career, he has had the opportunity to perform every duty it takes to master and understand the Commercial Food Equipment Service business, and enjoys the challenges and excitement that the business brings. He is passionate about customer service and is excited watching it change, seeing what the future will bring with the industry and seeing the innovation that is being brought to the table. When not working, Matt can be found spending time with his family and enjoying Pittsburgh sports
Managing the Pittsburgh service department, Evan is responsible for all aspects of coordinating and scheduling repairs and installations. He completed the Dale Carnegie Course Skills for success as well as the PItco/ MagiKich’n technical service training program. His sports interests include the Pittsburgh Steelers and WVU Mountaineers. When he is not working at AIS, he enjoys the outdoors, traveling, golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with family and friends.
Jen has been working at AIS for over three years. Her main responsibilities are to process vendor and customer invoices, update customer account information, and audit the billing process for each account. She is passionate about being precise and efficient when processing invoices and claims while following manufacturer or vendor-specific guidelines.
With an extensive background in HVAC and refrigeration, Todd strives for continued growth in the industry as well as staying involved with his customers. A graduate of Youngstown State University, Todd oversees the Youngstown Service Department, including the daily operations and ensuring that the right technician is sent for the job. When not working, Todd enjoys detailing his cars, golfing, football, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and pet bulldog.
With over five years of service at AIS, John uses his problem solving skills on a daily basis to facilitate business operations across all departments. He is passionate about building relationships with his customers, vendors, and manufacturers to enable everyone to be successful. Outside of work, John enjoys Pittsburgh sports, and spending time with his family, including their two huskies.
With over 20 years experience in the Commercial Food Equipment industry, Alecia has experience in every aspect of the business. Her main goal is to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly and profitably. With a degree in Business Marketing and Accounting, she is very passionate about teaching and training others about the industry, so that they can provide lifetime careers for themselves. When not working, she enjoys raising her three children with her husband. With a dog and a cat added to the mix, most days are a fun circus!
As a CFESA Master Technician, Randy has over 34 years of service with AIS. He is dedicated to educating the staff and public about the company and the industry. An Air Force Veteran, Randy enjoys working on old cars, going on on his boat, and is very active in his church. Together, he and his wife Cindy have three children, including Matthew, who is AIS’ Purchasing Manager, three grandchildren, and several dogs.
